How to Wear Floral Shoes

Here are two very easy ways to wear floral shoes.

As with any patterned shoe, choose a color from within the pattern and use it to make your outfit pop. Trying to match a floral skirt or shirt with a floral shoe is a don’t. You’ll come off looking like a huge floral disaster. Instead play with color, patterns and textures. Pairing a white striped tee with a floral shoe can look very nice, depending on the stripe color.

What I did here, was used a color that was within the same family as the pink flowers and orange centers. A coral colored, flowing shirt with a pair of dark skinnies and a gorgeous handbag, really pull this entire outfit together. This would be perfect for going shopping or a day date.

By using a simple white dress for the second outfit, I have given myself a blank canvas. The obvious choice would be to use the pink from the flowers that you see the most. I used the green from the leaves and the yellow from the smaller flowers. The green and yellow look beautiful together. I especially love the textures of both; the clutch is raffia and the necklace is made up of resin links. I would wear this to brunch/lunch or an early dinner.
