Spring Cleaning Your Closet
Keep, Toss, Donate….
Every Spring, we all do it. The ubiquitous Spring cleaning.
Like waking from a long slumber, we all take a nice long stretch after Winter and shed the pounds of clothing that we need to keep us warm.
However, what fit last year, may not this year. What was cute and trendy five years ago, just may not cut it this year.
Then there’s the shopping that will of course be done and the space for our newest must-have that we just don’t have.
What’s a girl to do when faced with the option of getting that new to-die-for Spring jacket, or keeping the new coat she got for graduation (10 years ago)?
Just follow the instructions on this infographic (made by the lovely modern-eve) and you’ll be well on your way to a (temporarily, undoubtedly) slimmer closet.

I have a *hard time* with the “giving away” part! I’m such a packrat it’s awful 
This info graphic is seriously addictive, I am in bed as its freezing here and after I checked out that graphic I looked around my bedroom at clothing I have no put away for a long time and started putting it all “on trial”

Ugh, spring cleaning! I got away with doing zero spring cleaning last year, but that’s only because I moved last February and was still getting settled so nothing needed serious deep cleaning or decluttering. This year is a whole different story.
That is one awesome infographic on figuring out what to keep and what to donate and toss as far as the closet goes. Thanks for sharing

Don’t worry, I hate it too. Lucky (or unlucky?) for me, everything still seems to fit and is mostly new.
That something I need to do, but I keep postponing it …. I will need the entire weekend go through my closet which scares me
