I have a thing for paper.
Pretty stationery, stamps, all things letterpress and all the various accoutrements.
Recently, I was able to try out a new website called Minted. It’s an online marketplace for independent artists and also an online stationery store. Everything can be personalized, insofar as they can use your own photographs on your item of choice.
I will admit, with the number of options available to me, it was beyond difficult for me to choose. I didn’t know if I wanted an art print for my bedroom wall, or some new stationery as I have begun writing letters once more.
These were the final art prints that I narrowed my selection down to, but I just couldn’t choose a final one. I wanted them all! Instead, I chose to buy myself some pretty stationery that I could personalize, as well as a personalized notebook. There are a number of options on many items, including color choice and paper type. Many options cost a bit more, but there are still options that are free.
For the notebook, there were options for the color of the flowers, how I wanted to personalize it, the inside cover, the binding and the type of paper. I could choose blank, lined or graph paper, and a spiral or grommet binding. I kept it simple by only personalizing the front, keeping the inside blank and choosing graph paper. The stationery had the option of two different colors, as well as different color backings and envelopes. Proofs are not provided, so if you’re unsure about how it will come out, I would err on the side of caution.
There are also holiday cards, save the dates, birth announcements and more available on Minted. The prices are reasonable, turnaround time was great and the quality is outstanding. There are tons of limited edition art prints, foil pressed stationery and personalization options. Who doesn’t love options?!
Overall, it was a great experience and I intend on going back and purchasing one of those prints…if I can decide which one….and if I don’t fall in love with yet another.
Have you tried out Minted yet?
I was provided the opportunity to purchase items from Minted for free. As usual, all opinions are my own.
